Nigerian artist, Stanley Omah Didia also known as ‘Omah lay’, Temilade Openiyi, ‘Tems’ Muyiwa Ayoniyi, and others have arrived at the Muritala Muhammed Airport Lagos from Uganda via Ethiopia Airline at about 12:35 pm.
JayNaija had earlier reported the arrest of Omah Lay and Tems in connection with violating the COVID-19 rules of Uganda and their release two days ago with agitations from Nigerians which had prompted the government to swing into action.
Today (Thursday), Omah Lay arrived at the MMIA Lagos with other Nigerians who are arrested.
Chairman, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa made this known on her Twitter page. She posted pictures of their arrival, appreciating the Minister of Foreign Affairs, NiDCON and the government of Uganda for quick resolution and for facilitating their quick returns.
“Breaking: Stanley Omah Didia (@Omah_Lay), Temilade Openiyi (@temsbaby), Muyiwa Ayoniyi and others just landed at the MMIA Lagos from Uganda via Ethiopia Airline at about 12:35 pm local time. We are glad they are finally home”.
