It’s an offense to video officers – Policeman threatens young man who was filming during harassment

A group of police officers have been captured on camera harassing some youths by the roadside.

In a short video making the rounds online, the young men could be seen facing the officers bravely as one used his phone to film him.

He moved closer to where the officer gathered round his friend and mentioned that he is recording them.

One of the policemen then asked him for the phone but he refused to hand it over, so the officer threatened to break the phone.

When the young man protested, he was immediately told by the police man that it is an offense to film them.
